1. The Promoter (Club Lime) of the Fitmas Upgrade Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty ltd ABN 13 617 752 819 of Unit 7, DKSN 2.0 North Building, Level 3/23 Challis Street, Dickson, ACT, 2062.2. For the purposes of the Promotion:a. Eligible Individual means an individual that currently holds a single or state or Dual Club Lime membership
b. Eligible Location means any Club Lime nationally.
c. Eligible Membership means eligible Club Lime National Multi-Club Membership, Student Multi Club Membership, on a direct debit, no fixed-term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period Friday 6th December 2024 at 12:01 am and ending on Tuesday 31st December 2024 at 11:59 pm subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at https://www.clublime.com.au/about/legal-stuff/
d. Excluded memberships include Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3–12-month Memberships, ANU Student/Staff/Alumni memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), GROUNDUP Multi Memberships, GROUNDUP Bundle Memberships, hiit republic Single Club Memberships, hiit republic Multi-Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Dual Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Multi-Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic + Ladies Only Club Memberships, all memberships at the excluded locations listed above and all visit passes.
e. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
f. Promotion Period means the period commencing on Friday 6th December 2024 at 12:01 am and ending on Tuesday 31st December 2024 at 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
g. The Upgraded Membership will expire on the 28th of February 2025. If the current membership held expires before this date, the upgraded component will also expire prior.
h. A once off upfront payment of $59 provides access to all Club Lime locations Australia wide.
i. A once off upfront payment of $149 provided access to all Club Lime and hiit republic locations, regardless of what active membership is held (single/state, multi, dual, platinum, silver)
3. The Promoter agrees to an upgrade to a Club Lime Multi membership for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Eligible Individual who joins, agrees to pay upfront cost of $59.00 upon upgrading as part of the membership Terms and Conditions.
5. Club Lime CISAC (ACT) Burwood (NSW), Five Dock (NSW), South Yarra (VIC), and Teneriffe (QLD) are not 24/7 locations.
6. In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
